2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must hold a valid payment method registered in your own name. 77acm does not accept deposits made from accounts held by third parties, and any withdrawal will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

3. Account Registration and Security

• One Account Per PlayerEach individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 77acm at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a restriction, or any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• Account Security ObligationsYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 77acm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. • Account Suspension and Closure77acm reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or any other conduct that 77acm deems contrary to fair play or the integrity of the platform. In such cases 77acm may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77acm platform are subject to the following conditions. 77acm supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the Finance / Wallet section of your account.

• Deposit AcceptanceDeposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. 77acm will not credit deposits made from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit made using a third-party account may be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the source account, and the player's account may be subject to review or closure.
• Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 77acm reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• CurrencyAll transactions on 77acm are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player if they are depositing from a non-BDT source. 77acm is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees charged by the player's payment provider.
• Transaction DisputesAny dispute regarding a transaction must be reported to 77acm support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes reported after this period may not be considered. 77acm's records of all transactions are final in the absence of manifest error.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77acm offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to accounts at 77acm's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time prior to being used by the player. 77acm reserves the right to amend or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. 6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77acm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software tools, bots, automated systems, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to auto-betting scripts, card-counting software, or any form of game exploitation.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise defraud 77acm or other players. This includes chip-dumping in poker or table games, match-fixing in any betting market, and coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. 77acm cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any support interaction. This includes the use of false names, fabricated identification documents, or misrepresentation of your age.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the technical systems, servers, or networks that support the 77acm platform, including any attempt to introduce malware, carry out denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise compromise the security or availability of the Services.

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77acm and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if 77acm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77acm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 77acm account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

77acm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 77acm will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the contact details held on the player's account. The amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the player is resident. In the event of a dispute between you and 77acm, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 77acm support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
